Week 4: Reclaiming Your Voice Before the Year Ends
There’s something tender about this stretch of December.
It’s not quite the end, but we can feel the year winding down… asking us to slow just enough to hear ourselves again.
Lately I’ve been noticing the little truths that surface only when life gets quiet — the ones we miss when we’re busy taking care of everyone else. The truth about what we want. The truth about what we need. The truth about what actually matters to us.
Sometimes these truths whisper.
Sometimes they nudge.
Sometimes they’re just a soft feeling that says,
“This part of me deserves more attention.”
As we move into a new week, I want to offer you a simple invitation:
Take one moment, just one — to check in with yourself.
Not to fix anything.
Not to plan anything.
Just to notice.
What feels alive in you right now?
What feels tender?
What feels ready for more space?
What surprised you about yourself this year?
These questions aren’t about resolutions or reinventions.
They’re about reconnecting with the part of you that’s been whispering underneath everything else.
Give yourself permission to pause long enough to hear her.
